Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note that delivery address cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking email with estimated arrival date included. Shipping dates/times provided are to be used as a guide as we cannot guarantee from avoiding any other possible delays or custom clearance.

As we are unable to advise the exact amount, buyers are responsible for all custom and duty fee that may occur once the order has reached the destination.

Return Policy

Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchange(s) or refund(s) for change of mind and/or if you wish to request for a different style/size. We encourage to review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Damage(s) and item issue(s): If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at knailartshop@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the product in the email within 48 hours of delivery confirmation as we will be referring to the delivery time stamp from tracking info.

Domestic shipping (US): 3-7 business days

International shipping: 2-3 weeks (Estimated date will be shown on checkout page based on delivery location)
